Hank Grotowski is a prison guard, and his son, who works on the death row, commits suicide. Grotowski sinks into sadness until one night when he assists Leticia Musgrove’s injured kid. When he dies, the pair is united in grief, but as their relationship progresses, he discovers that he and his son were involved in her husband’s death.
